3 types of Caller Tune options in Alohaa
There are 3 options you will get in the Caller Tune Tab. Please note that this will be enabled by Alohaa Team on request.
- Global Caller Tune
- User Caller Tune
- Group Caller Tune
Caller Tune Preferences
- When a user calls, you can listen to this caller tune irrespective of if they called your user number or group number.
- If you configure User Caller Tune and Global Caller Tune.
- Then User caller tune is taken in precedence.
- If you configure Group Caller Tune and Global Caller Tune, then Group caller tune is taken in precedence.
- If you configure User Caller Tune, Group Caller Tune and Global Caller Tune, then Group Caller Tune is taken in precedence (reason being, if a user calls a group number, you don’t want your user to hear multiple caller tunes set for each user).
Global Caller Tune
You can upload a Mp3 supported file (max size 500Kb and Max duration of 20s) in the Global Callertune tab as show above. Just click upload to enable the caller tune for same.
Users Caller Tune
- You can see all your user list with in the User Caller Tune tab.
- You can assign Individual Caller tunes for each user separately.
- Just Click on Add Caller Tune -> Upload file.
- You can enable or disable the caller tune from under - Current Status Column.
Group Caller Tune
- You can see your groups(Created in the Call Routing tab).
- You can assign Group Caller tunes for each user separately.
- Just Click on Add Caller Tune -> Upload file.
- You can enable or disable the caller tune from under - Current Status Column.
