Outgoing Call Webhook
Existing Problem
- There is no outgoing call webhook feature to push outgoing call details to client apps.
Proposed Solution
- An outgoing call webhook that enables Alohaa to push real-time outgoing call details to the client app. The client can use these responses to execute actions in their backend systems.

- Super admins can enable Outgoing Call Webhook for organizations.
- Organizations can set up outgoing call webhook via Webhook Dashboard.
White List Sender ID
Existing Problem
- The organization doesn't have complete control over receiving too many unsolicited SMS messages to their virtual numbers
- When we circulate used virtual numbers to new organizations, they are getting messages which are used by previous organizations
- Organizations are not able to hide unwanted sender ids
Proposed Solution
- Whitelisting the sender id is the process of adding a message sender to an approved sender list, so the organization can view only messages from that sender in their SMS dashboard
Features
- Whitelist sender id is a new add-on feature for Alohaa.
- The organization can enable white list Sender IDs if they want to view messages only from the particular senders on their SMS dashboard.
- Organizations can check with the Alohaa Customer Success team to add white list sender IDs.
How to set up a whitelist sender id for an organization
- Super admin can enable the White List Sender ID feature for an organization from the Super admin portal.
- Super admins can add the sender id to the white lists requested by an organization.
- To add a sender id, go to admin.alohaa.ai ➝ White Lists ➝ Add White List Sender ID ➝ Select organization from the organization dropdown list ➝ Enter the Sender ID ➝ Enter Description.
- Super admins can track whitelisted sender IDs for organizations. They can edit sender ids and make them inactive if not being used.
- Organizations can view only the messages which are whitelisted for them.
- Organizations can see the list of whitelisted sender ids by clicking on the sender id button.
- Organizations can request to disable active sender ids. When organizations disable all active sender ids, they can view all messages on their SMS dashboard without any filter.
- Organizations can opt out of this feature at any time. When they opt out they would see all messages in the SMS dashboard.
Alohaa Mobile App
Features
- Copy mobile numbers from outgoing & incoming call logs. Users can long press on number or contact to copy a mobile number.
- Passing Organization details (Organization Name and Organization ID) to Apxor Platform: It helps the product analytics team track user engagement on Alohaa Mob App.

SMS Deletion
Existing Problem
- The SMS dashboard doesn't provide a deletion option for SMS.
Proposed Solution
- Allow users to delete SMSes from the SMS dashboard.
Features
- Organization admin can delete SMS and Admin can allow agents to delete SMS.
- Admin can delete any single SMS by clicking on the delete icon. The SMS deletion can not be undone.
- The user has to confirm the deletion before deleting an SMS.

- Allows agents to delete SMS: The organization admin has to enable SMS deletion for agents. Only permitted agents can delete SMS from their dashboards. How to enable SMS deletion for agents? Agents ➝ Actions ➝ Call and SMS Settings (Gear icon) ➝ SMS Deletion (Enable).
Download Contacts
Existing Problem
- There is no option to download contacts.
Proposed Solution
- Allows organization admin to download contacts as a CSV file.
Features
- Organization admin can download the contacts by clicking on the Export button on the contact page.
- The admin can download the contacts by filtering all agents or any specific agent. The contacts will be downloaded as a CSV file.
